Acceptance of Terms. The following are the rules ("Terms") governing the use of the BookingOffice web site ("Site"). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and to follow these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations governing the Site. BookingOffice reserves the right to change these Terms at any time by posting them on the Site. Links or content from other web sites ("Third-Party Sites") are governed by the Terms for the Third-Party Sites.
Permitted Use. The information, images, and software ("Content") on this Site is the property of BookingOffice and/or third parties supplying information to the Site. The Content is protected by EU copyright laws. You are only authorized to view and to retain a copy of pages of this Site for your own personal use. Any reproduction, publication, or further distribution or public exhibition of materials provided at this site in whole or in part is strictly prohibited.
Links. The Site may reference or link to Third-Party Sites. BookingOffice has no control over these Third-Party Sites or the content within them. By using the Site to purchase products, search, or link to Third-Party Sites, you agree and understand that you may not make any claim against BookingOffice for any damages or losses, whatsoever, resulting from your use of the Site or Third Party Sites.

Purchase Policy Our aim at booking office is to make it easy for event organisers to set up an event and collect payments with respect to the sale of tickets/registrations from users who want to attend such events. Event organisers may contact us to list their events on our website.
Buying a Ticket
1. Go to bookingoffice.com.mt
2. Select the production you would like to purchase tickets for.
3. Select the show date and time you would like to purchase tickets for.
4. Select the section or type of ticket you would like to purchase tickets for.
5. Select the seats they would like in the case of seated events, or the number of tickets for non-seated events.
6. Enter their details under which the tickets will be registered.
7. Enter their debit/credit card details. Once the debit/credit card details are submitted you are committed to the purchase.
8. If the purchase is successful you will receive the tickets immediately on screen and by email to the email address provided during registration.
Ticket Terms and Conditions
1. The price of a ticket is that quoted on the BookingOffice website as set by the event promoter. The price includes value added tax.
2. Physical event tickets are NOT posted to Buyers. A Buyer will receive his/her tickets through electronic mail at the email address provided by the Buyer during the ticket purchasing process.
3. Buyers should check their tickets on purchase. Mistakes cannot always be rectified, and at times can only be rectified at a charge.
4. Buyers have the responsibility to confirm whether an event has been cancelled or if there were any changes in time / dates.
5. Not all tickets sold for the event are necessarily made through this website.
6. We cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen tickets. We cannot reissue any stolen or lost tickets.
7. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded or cancelled after purchase. In certain cases where exchanges are possible, there will be an administration charge for the exchange.
8. There may be a booking fee per ticket / sale on some events.
9. Tickets purchased are for personal use only and cannot be resold or transferred. Where it is suspected that the holder of tickets is attempting to resell these, the tickets may be invalidated and the holder of any such tickets refused entry into the venue.
10. Event tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the event promoter promoting the event. Ownership of the tickets and all rights to the event remains with the promoter of the event. We accept no liability for anything arising in connection with or out of amongst others, the organization, the venue or the performance of the event.
11. In the event of an event being cancelled, postponed or unsatisfactory, or in the event that Buyer is not allowed to watch the event for any reason, Booking Office cannot be held responsible for any liability including any costs whatsoever incurred by the Buyer in connection with the said event.
12. Any dispute regarding the quality or contents of the event, or any actions of the promoter, venue or performers is deemed to be between the Buyer and the Organizer. All complaints regarding the event are to be directed towards the Organizer.
13. Buyers are to ensure that any information provided by them is correct. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to inform us of any change in the details he/she has provided on Buyer’s account.
14. We will not share your personal information for marketing or other purposes without your consent unless where required by law. We will always comply with any data protection legislation currently in force.
15. These terms and conditions may be revised from time to time. It is up to Buyer to check any changes made from time to time. The terms and conditions in force at the time one makes a request for tickets shall be the applicable terms and conditions for that transaction.
16. Communication with Buyers will be through electronic mail or by posting notices on our website. A Buyer agrees that electronic means of communication and all other information provided electronically shall be communication in writing.
Payment Security
APCO is our secure method of payment. APCO is a Level 1 PCI (Payment Card Industry) certified international payment service provider. They provide the integration of high-end payment gateway services and offer the most powerful online fraud prevention solution. Once a payment is confirmed by the cardholder, the card data is transmitted directly to a APCO compliant payment gateway over SSL. At no stage does any card data reach our data servers.
